Is this service safe to use?
Yes, nzbs.io is safe to use. We do not store any user-related data and all downloaded files are removed after 6 hours.

Who runs nzbs.io?
nzbs.io is run by the original people behind the usenet indexer years ago. Rest assured your data is completely safe.

Can I upload files larger than 2GB?
Currently, this is not possible. In the future accounts with higher limits on downloads will be possible. We are still looking into this.

How many files can I upload?
There is currently no limit set, just be aware that sometimes you will have to join a queue to download. Limits may be enforced in the future.

Why are my downloads failing?
There are many reasons for failed downloads (e.g. missing articles). We are planning to expose more details into failure reasons in the future.
